DECLARATION
of 15 December 2010
amending Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the competence of the institutions of the Czech Republic in social security, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in social security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 91 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 360 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 109 / 2006 Coll.:
In Section 36a of Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act and the Czech National Council Act on the competence of the institutions of the Czech Republic in social security, as amended by Decree No. 451 / 2009 Coll., "2010" is replaced by "2010 to 2012" and "2010" is replaced by "calendar year."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
