THE LAW
of 19 August 2005
amending Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain State institutions and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of state authority and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 287 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 231 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 427 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., and Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 6 (1) (f), the words "in the electoral district or in the constituency" shall be replaced by the words "in its constituency or in its constituency."
2. In Article 9 (1) (b), the words "unless otherwise specified" shall be added at the end of the period.
3. The following Section 10a is inserted after Section 10:
When the conditions for entitlement to a single flat-rate refund provided for in Article 5 (1) (b) and for entitlement to in kind pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) are met, the Members shall, at their choice, be entitled to either a single-purpose flat-rate refund of the amount provided for in Article 9 (1) (b) or only in kind pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) and 15% of the single-purpose flat-rate compensation to which they would otherwise be entitled. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
