DECLARATION
of 24 June 2004
amending Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of municipalities with entrusted municipal office and the determination of municipalities with extended scope:
Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Ivančice, the word "Senorada," shall be inserted after the word "Pravlov."
2. The words "Tíšnov 'are defined by the municipalities of Bělek, Bráníškov, Březina, Bukovice, Deblín, Drásov, Heroltice, Deep Dvory, Hradčany, Láženky, Skránek, Malhostovice, Maršov, Nelepež-Nošovka, Ochoz near Tíšnov, Osika, Přeznící, Rohozec, Sentice, Skalička, Strážar, Světoslav, Šerkovice, Šerkovice, Šepánovice, Tišnov, Usníšnín, udí, Vohancice, Šnovice, Žerna, Želné," Železné, "
3. In § 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Hořice, the words "Old Srkovice," shall be inserted after the word "Sobčice,."
4. In § 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office, the word "Black," shall be inserted after the word "Municipality."
5. In Section 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Jičín, the words "Old Srkovice," are deleted.
6. In Section 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Očečno, the word "Očelice," shall be inserted after the word "Wet,"
7. In Article 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Trutnov, the word "Black," shall be deleted.
8. In Article 4, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Třebechovice pod Oreb, the word "Skelice," shall be deleted.
9. In Article 5, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Jablonné in Podzedědí, the words "Great Valtinov," are deleted.
10. In Section 5, the words "Great Valtinov," shall be inserted after the words "Guard under Ralsk," in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Mimoň. "
11. In § 6 in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Bílovík, the word "Týškovice," shall be deleted.
12. In Article 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Bruntál, the word "Bílčice," shall be inserted after the words "Angelica Hora."
13. In Section 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Bruntál, the words "Dvorce, Kryšanovice," shall be inserted after the words "Long Stráž,."
14. In § 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Český Těšín, the word "Ropice," is deleted.
15. In § 6, the words "Kunčice pod Ondříník," shall be deleted from the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Frenštát pod Radhoštěch.
16. In § 6, the words "Kunčice pod Ondříník," shall be inserted after the word "Janovice."
17. In Section 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority Fulnek, the words "Smooth Life," are deleted.
18. In Article 6, after the words "THE CITY OF ALBRECHICE is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Hermanovice, Holčovice, Genov, Jindřichov, Lipáň, City of Albrechtice, Petrovice, Trimešná, High," the words "MORAVSKÝ BERUN is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Bílčice, Dvorce, Křistanovice, Moravian Beroun, Norberčany," are deleted.
19. In Section 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Nová Jicin, the words "Smooth Life," shall be inserted after the words "Bernartice nad Odra."
20. In § 6, the words "Jeseník nad Odra," shall be inserted after the word "Hostašovice," in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Nová Jicin. "
21. In § 6 in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Odra, the words "Jeseník nad Odra," shall be deleted.
22. In § 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority Opava, the word "Týškovice," is inserted after the word "Štítina,"
23. In Section 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Rýmařov, the word "Huzova 'is deleted.
24. In § 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal office of Třinec, the word "Ropice," is inserted after the word "Needle."
25. In § 7, after the words "MOHELNICE is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Klopina, Krchleby, Líšnice, Loštice, Maletín, Mírov, Mohelnice, Moravičany, Palonín, Pavlov, Police, Stavenice, Třesky, Usov," the words "Moravian Beroun is defined by the territory of the municipalities of Moravian Beroun, Norberčany,."
26. In Section 7, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Šternberk, the word "Huzová," shall be inserted after the words "Boundary Petrovice,"
27. In § 12, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Bystřice nad Pernštejn, the words "Borač, Černvír, Doubravík, Drahonín, Nedvědice, Olší, Pernštejnských Jestřábí," are deleted.
28. In Section 12, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Náměště nad Záslavou, the word "Senorada," shall be deleted.
29. In § 12, the words "Borovnik, Lower Loučky, Upper Loučky, Kaly, Katov, Křižínkov, Kuřímská Nová Ves, Kurímská Jestřábí, Lubná, Níhov, Rojetín, Řikonín, Skryje, Tišnovská Nová Ves, Escape at Tišnova, Vátislávka, Žďárec," are deleted.
30. In Section 15, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of Ivančice, the word "Senorada," is inserted after the word "Prálov."

33. In § 17 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Hořice, the words "Old Srkovice," are inserted after the word "Sobčice,."
34. In § 17, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of Hradec Králové, the word "Oprálice," is deleted.
35. In § 17 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Jičín, the words "Staré Srkovice," are deleted.
36. In Section 17, in the administrative district of Trutnov, the word "Černá," is deleted.
37. In § 17, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope, Vrchlabí is inserted after the word "Municipality."
38. In § 18, the words "Velenice," shall be inserted after the word "Velenice," in the administrative district of the village with extended scope.
39. In § 18 in the administrative district of Liberec, the words "Great Valtinov," are deleted.
40. In § 19 in the administrative district of Bílovík, the word "Týškovice," is deleted.
41. In § 19 in the administrative district of Bruntál, the words "Moravian Beroun, Norberčany," are deleted.
42. In § 19 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope Český Těšín, the word "Ropice," is deleted.
43. In § 19, the words "Kunčice pod Ondříník," are deleted in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of Frenštát pod Radhodště.
44. In § 19, the words "Kunčice pod Ondříník," shall be inserted after the word "Janovice," in the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. "
45. In § 19 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Nová Jicin, the words "Fulnek, Vrchy," are deleted.
46. In § 19, the words "Jeseník nad Odrou," shall be inserted after the word "Hostašovice," in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope.
47. In § 19, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Odra, the word "Fulnek," is inserted after the word "Municipality."
48. In § 19 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Odra, the words "Jeseník nad Odrou," are deleted.
49. In § 19 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope Odra is inserted after the word "Murderný," the word "Vysoky,."
50. In § 19 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Opava, the word "Týškovice," is inserted after the word "Štítina,."
51. In Article 19, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Rýmařov, the word "Huzová," is deleted.
52. In § 19 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope, Třinec is inserted after the word "Nýdek," "Ropek,."
53. In § 20 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Šternberk, the word "Huzová," shall be inserted after the words "Bounický Petrovice."
54. In § 20 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Šternberk, the words "Moravian Beroun," shall be inserted after the word "Mladejovice."
55. In § 20, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Šternberk, the word "Norberčany," is inserted after the word "Mutkov."
56. In § 25 in the administrative district of the village with the extended scope of Bystřice nad Pernštejn, the words "Borač, Černvír, Doubravík, Drahonín, Nedvědice, Olší, Pernštejnský Jestřábí," are deleted.
57. In § 25 in the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of the Náměštěch nad Záslavou, the word "Senorada," is deleted.
58. In § 25 in the administrative district of the village with the extended scope of the Great Mezoríčí, the words "Borovnik, Lower Loučky, Upper Loučky, Kaly, Katov, Křižínkov, Kuřímská Nová Ves, Kurímská Jestřábí, Lubná, Níhov, Rojetin, Řikonín, Skryje, Tišnovská Nová Ves, Úzáže u, Vátislářevka," are deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 2004, with effect from 31 December 2004 only for procedures and tasks for securing elections held in the Czech Republic in 2004 under specific legislation1).
