on the establishment of a branch of a higher military court in Olomouc
The Federal Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to § 33 paragraphs 4 and 5 of Act No. 335 / 1991 Coll., on Courts and Judges:
A branch based in Přerov is hereby established for a higher court-martial in Olomouci1.
The higher court-martial in Olomouc - the branch in Přerov decides the appeals against the decisions of the military district courts in Brno, Hradec Kralove and Olomouc.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
