Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of the formalities and models of mandates for the exercise of state supervision, state professional supervision, top state supervision and top state professional supervision in transport in the form of a licence and amending the related decrees, as amended by Decree No. 80 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 192 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the text "paragraph 3 'is replaced by" paragraph 4'.
2. in § 1 (2), § 2 (2), § 3 (2), § 4 (2), § 5 (2), § 6 (3), § 7 (3), and in § 8a (2), the second sentence is replaced by the sentence "The document shall bear the security features of the price paper and numbering in black."
3. In Section 2, the text "paragraph 5 'is replaced by" paragraph 7'.
4. In Section 5, the text "paragraph 5 'is replaced by" paragraph 6'.
Transitional provision
The mandates for the exercise of State supervision, state professional supervision, senior state supervision or senior state professional supervision issued in the form of a certificate pursuant to Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be deemed to be the mandates for the exercise of state supervision, state professional supervision, top state supervision or top state professional supervision issued pursuant to Decree No. 9 / 2015 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
