GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 98 / 2015 Coll., implementing Section 101a of the Social Services Act
The Government orders pursuant to § 119 paragraph 1 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll.:
In Article 1 (2) (c) of Decree-Law No 98 / 2015 Coll., on the implementation of Section 101a of the Social Services Act, the words "according to accounting legislation 'are inserted after the word" property' and part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2021.
