DECLARATION
of 19 December 2007
on the determination of the protection zone I. degree of natural mineral water source washed by the well Le-5 in the cadastral territory of Kharvátský Nová Ves
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
In order to protect the natural medical source of mineral water, which is ingested by the well of Le-5 on land parcel No 1972 / 106 of the cadastral territory of Kharvátská Nová Ves, the district of Breclav, the region of South Moravian Region (hereinafter referred to as "the source '), a protection zone I. degree 1) shall be established, which is also the physical protection zone of the source 2).
(1) Level I protection zone is the immediate vicinity of the output of the source and the land parcel No 1972 / 106 of the cadastral territory of Kharvátská Nová Ves is defined.
(2) The definition of the protection zone I is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1000, which is annexed to the Order No 1, and in the Basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000, which is annexed to the Order No 2. The first-degree protection zone is defined in a copy of the cadastral map of the scale 1: 1000 and is available at the Ministry of Health, the Municipal Office in Lednice, the Municipal Office in Breclav and the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region.
(1) The Class I protection zone shall be fenced. In the territory of the protection zone I, the unauthorised entry is prohibited.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
