DECLARATION
of 26 July 2006
amending Decree No. 532 / 2005 Coll., on the reimbursement of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes, as amended by Decree No. 37 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 368 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 15 paragraph 10 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 532 / 2005 Coll., on the reimbursement of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes, as amended by Decree No. 37 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 368 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1 to the Decree, row 177.7 in the column "Reimbursement in CZK 'is replaced by" 17 877,93' by "18 901,26 '.
2. In Annex 1 to the Decree, row 244.7 in the column "Reimbursement in CZK 'is replaced by" 516,48' by "754,73 '.
3. In Annex 1 to the Decree, row 264.1 in the column "Restrictions' of the letters" L / ALG 'is replaced by "P'.
4. In Annex 1 to the Decree, row 264.2 in the column "Restrictions' of the letters" L / ALG 'is replaced by "P'.
5. In Annex 1 to the Decree, in row 184.9 (5) (a) and (b), the word "methotrexate 'is replaced by" methotrexate'.
6. In Annex 1 to the Decree, in row 184.9 (5) (a), "cyclospirin 'is replaced by" cyclosporin'.
7. In Annex 1 to the Decree in row 184.9, in the sentence of the last sentence after the word "Treatment ', the words" as referred to in points (a) to (c)' are inserted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
