DECLARATION
of 21 November 2017
amending Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the use of time-charged infrastructure, as amended by Decree No. 383 / 2016 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 46 (2) for the implementation of § 20 (1) and § 21e (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 268 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the use of time-charged infrastructure, as amended by Decree No. 383 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (d), the word "digit" is replaced by the word "numbers."
2. in Paragraph 3 (1) (d), "Roman" is replaced by "Roman."
3. in Article 3 (1) (i), "number 2017" is replaced by "number 2018."
4. in Paragraph 3 (3) (h):
"(h) the holographic silver element with the repeated inscription and the SFDI logo and the 2018 number for annual coupons and the element printed by a combination of two visual variable colours for all coupons,"
5. Paragraph 3 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The basic background colours are used for coupons valid for:
(a) one year of colour yellow and orange,
(b) one month of colour yellow and red,
(c) ten days of colour yellow and blue. ';
6. Annex 1, including the title, shall read:

Transitional provision
The validity of coupons of model 2017 issued pursuant to Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 383 / 2016 Coll., is not affected for coupons valid for 10 days until 9 January 2018 and for coupons valid for 1 month and calendar year until 31 January 2018.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2017, with the exception of Article I (7), which shall take effect on 1 January 2018.
