DECLARATION
of 12 October 2009
on the 2010 Statistical Survey Programme
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.:
Subject matter
The 2010 statistical survey programme is set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree.
Data on the reporting agent
(1) In addition to the data described in Annexes 1 and 2 for each survey, the statistical survey shall also include the reporting agent's identification data:
(a) in the case of a legal person, the trading firm or name and its registered office;
(b) in the case of an undertaking, the name, surname or, where applicable, business name and place of business.
For both types of reporting agents, the statistical survey shall also contain an identification number and, if not allocated, the tax identification number, the predominant activity in the reference period, the name and / or names, and the surname of the person who completed the report, its telephone and fax number, the e-mail address and data on its data box. In the event that another entity fills in for the reporting agent, the name and, where applicable, the names of the person who completed the report, its telephone and fax numbers, its e-mail address and its data box details shall also be provided.
(2) The statistical surveys concerning health, social services, cultural, school or educational establishments shall also include the internal department code names of the internal unit and the business or name and identification number of the founder or founder.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining statistics to calculate quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for assessing economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations and individuals in financial management and employment during the year and for other analytical purposes. The results obtained and the statistically evaluated data will be used to provide information to international organisations and institutions (in particular the EU, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank), government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Labour indicators - staff and wages, temporary staff allocated by the agencies. Financial indicators of flow in statistical breakdowns - performance, cost and accounting added value. Acquisition of long-term intangible assets and tangible assets and sales proceeds.

Purpose of statistical surveys:

Annual report of economic operators of selected production sectors

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining detailed statistical data to calculate the complete set of macroeconomic indicators within the annual national accounts, to evaluate year-round economic developments in selected sectors, including structural changes of both sectoral and material nature, to compile regional cross-sections and accounts, and for other analytical purposes. Use of data obtained and statistically evaluated to provide information to international organisations and institutions (in particular the EU, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank), government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards and Regulation (EC) No 295 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 concerning structural business statistics and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Economic entity characteristics and additional information. Staff numbers and wages. Identification of the entity with foreign equity participation and identification of the senior owner. Financial indicators in statistical breakdowns - income and costs, aggregate net assets, net stocks (excluding advances provided), selected territorial indicators, additional financial, research, development and licensing contracts. Net financial assets, liabilities, structure of selected financial assets by institutional sector. Selected indicators on the acquisition of fixed assets structured by territory. Acquisition of long-term intangible and tangible assets, additional indicators to long-term intangible and tangible assets. Specifications of acquired and disposed of long-term tangible assets without land and mineral deposits according to the Production Classification (CZ- CPA) and Classification of Construction Works (CZ- CC). Indicators by industry - specification of selected items of sales for construction, market services (customer structure, customer seat). Sales space in retail trade, excluding motor vehicles (CZ-NACE 47). Emission permits. Employee benefits. Indicators characterising sectoral specificities, all structured according to the CZ-CPA: sales from the sale of own products and services, stocks of products and stocks of unfinished production, own production semi-finished products and young and other animals, sales from the sale of goods, costs incurred for the sale of goods and stocks of goods.

Economic operators - legal and natural persons incorporated in the Commercial Register and selected natural persons not incorporated in the Commercial Register having the predominant activity under

Acquisition of basic information on livestock slaughter [Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on statistics on livestock and meat production and repealing Council Directives 93 / 23 / EEC, 93 / 24 / EEC and 93 / 25 / EEC; Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the global agricultural account in the Community] for the assessment of the situation on the meat market, for the determination of trends in this area and for the calculation of gross domestic production for international comparisons. The results of the survey will serve the EU, FAO, MZ and public information.

Acquisition of information on the development of bovine farming for analyses in the internal economy and international organisations [Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on statistics on livestock and meat production and repealing Council Directives 93 / 23 / EEC, 93 / 24 / EEC and 93 / 25 / EEC; Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the general agricultural account in the Community].
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Conditions of bovine animals by species and age groups, cows, calves' births and deaths, cow feed days, milk production, total milk sales, total sales of cattle for slaughter.
