THE LAW
of 22 June 2004
amending Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and amending certain laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 89 (2) of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 436 / 2003 Coll., "2004 'is replaced by" 2005'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
