COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, in accordance with Article 15 (4) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on the Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Laws, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), has entrusted the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o. p. s., with its Decision No. 190 / 2010 of 29 October 2010, No. 39101 / 10 / 05300 / 01000, PID: MIPOX01J54RI, with its head office in Prague 3, Olšanská 54 / 3, IČ: 25677675, implementing accreditation. This Decision also repeals Decision No 135 / 98 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of 1 July 1998 No 17150 / 98 / 6000 / 1000, PID: MIPOX0055Z6J.
The Decision entered into force on 23 November 2010.
