DECLARATION
of 16 June 2004
repealing certain regulations of the county authorities
According to Article 12 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended, and Article CXIX point 3 of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and abolition of certain laws in connection with the cessation of the activities of the district authorities:
They shall be deleted:
1. Order of the Regional Office Kladno of 30 April 2001.
2. Order of the Regional Office Kladno of 31 July 2001.
3. Order of the Regional Office Kladno of 4 February 2002.
4. Order No 1 / 2002 of the District Office on the jurisdiction of municipal authorities to exercise their powers in the field of infringement proceedings of 8.3.2002, as amended by Regulation No 4 / 2002 of 15.7.2002 (issued by the District Office of Příbram).
5. Regulation No 40 / 2002 of the District Office of Rakovnik on the taking over of the power of delegation in the section dealing with infringements by the Municipal Office of Rakovnik for the Municipal Office of Horticulture of 23 May 2002.

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
