DECISION
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 21 August 2002
extending the emergency situation for the territory of the capital of Prague, Central Bohemia Region, South Bohemia Region, Pilsen Region and Ústí Region
In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government decided as follows:
I.
The emergency situation announced by the Prime Minister's decision of 12 August 2002, published under No. 373 / 2002 Coll., and by the Prime Minister's decision of 13 August 2002, published under No. 374 / 2002 Coll., is extended for the territory of the capital of Prague, the Central Bohemian Region, the South Bohemian Region, the Pilsen Region and the Ústecký Region until 24.00 hours on 31 August 2002.
II.
This Decision shall take effect on 21 August 2002.
