GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2020
amending Government Regulation No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be fitted with a special audible warning device accompanied by a special blue warning light, as amended by Government Regulation No. 144 / 2013 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 137 (1) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 233 / 2013 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § 41 (3) of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be equipped with a special audible warning device, supplemented by a special blue warning light, as amended by Government Regulation No. 144 / 2013 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (j) is added:
"(j) Chief hygienist of the Czech Republic."
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), "(i) 'is replaced by" (j)';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
