DECLARATION
of 13 November 2010
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Turnava' is inserted after the word "Zbytin '.
2. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (e), the word" Nevojice' is inserted after the word "Nesovice ';
3. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (f), the word" Sudoměřice' is inserted after the word "Old Poddřerov ';
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (q), the words" Tišnovská Nová Ves' are deleted;
5. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (s), the word" Podivice' is inserted after the word "Olšany ';
6. In the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the word" Right' is inserted after the word "Work '.
7. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (u), the word" Unkovice' shall be inserted after the word "Teschen ';
8. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region," point (g), the word "Dasnice," and the word "Tatrovice," shall be inserted after the word "Svatava,"
9. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (c), the word" Hradec,' and the word "Kuks' shall be inserted after the word" Kocbera '.

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
