DECLARATION
of 25 November 2016
amending Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the use of time-charged infrastructure
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 46 (2) for the implementation of § 20 (1) and § 21e (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on roads, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 268 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll., on the use of time-charged infrastructure, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (i):
"(i) a holographic silver element with repeated inscription and SFDI logo and the number 2017 and an element printed with a combination of two visual variable colours."
2. in Paragraph 3 (3) (h):
"(h) a holographic silver element with repeated inscription and SFDI logo and the number 2017 and an element printed with a combination of two visual variable colours,"
3. Paragraph 3 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The basic background colours are used for coupons valid for:
(a) one year of colour green and orange,
(b) one month of colour orange and light green,
(c) 10 days of colour purple and yellow. ';
4. in Article 6, the words "Annexes 2 and 3 'are replaced by the words" Annex 2';
5. Annex No 1, including the title, reads:

Transitional provision
The validity of coupons issued in accordance with Decree No. 306 / 2015 Coll. is not affected for coupons valid for 10 days until 9 January 2017 and for coupons valid for 1 month and calendar year until 31 January 2017.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2016, with the exception of Article I (6), which shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
