DECLARATION

of 22 November 2013

laying down a model form for the submission of accountancy data on matters issued under the Law on property compensation with churches and religious societies

The Ministry of Culture, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Czech Statistical Office, provides pursuant to § 18 (11) of Act No. 428 / 2012 Coll., on property settlement with churches and religious societies and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on property settlement with churches and religious societies):

§ 1

The model form for the submission of data from accounts on matters issued under Act No. 428 / 2012 Coll., on property settlement with churches and religious societies and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on property settlement with churches and religious societies), as amended by the Constitutional Court found, published under No. 177 / 2013 Coll., is set out in the Annex to this decree.

§ 2

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
