DECISION
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 16 August 2002
repealing the emergency situation for the territory of the Karlovy Vary Region
In accordance with Article 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on Security of the Czech Republic:
I.
For the territory of the Karlovy Vary Region, the emergency situation declared on 12 August 2002 shall be lifted.
II.
This Decision shall take effect on 16 August 2002 at 24.00.
