THE LAW
of 19 September 1990
amending and supplementing Act No. 102 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of State Secrets, and Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended by Act No. 43 / 1976 Coll.
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 102 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of State Secrets, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "the social and state establishment of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic 'are replaced by the words" the constitutional establishment of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic'.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
Article 3 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The lists referred to in paragraph 1 shall be uniform and shall apply throughout the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic; Each of them shall be entitled to consult the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the relevant Federal and Republic ministries and central authorities. ';
4. § 6 is deleted.
5.V § 7
(a) the introductory phrase is replaced by the following: "The Federal Ministry of the Interior shall perform the following tasks in order to protect state secrets in the institutions and organisations of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic:";
(b) point (b) is deleted;
(c) point (c) shall be renumbered (b).
6. § 8 is deleted.
7.V § 9
(a) paragraph 2 shall read as follows:
"(2) A designated person may be a citizen of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, who, with his character and personal characteristics, provides a guarantee that state secrets will not be compromised. ';
(b) paragraph 3 shall read as follows:
"(3) The organisation shall request, before designating a person to have contact with the State Secrets, the expression of the Federal Ministry of Interior to that person whether it is aware of any obstacles to such designation. ';
(c) paragraph 4 shall read as follows:
"(4) If the organisation finds that the designated person no longer complies with the conditions laid down, it shall take the necessary measures immediately. ';
8. In Paragraph 11 (2), the word "(cadre) 'is deleted.
9. Paragraph 12 (2) is deleted; the numbering of paragraphs shall be deleted at the same time.
The words "or Member States' shall be inserted after the words" in employment ':
10. Paragraph 14 is deleted.
11. Paragraph 15 is deleted.
12.V § 16
(a) paragraph 1 shall be supplemented by the following: "Where the matter is referred to the legislative bodies, the Bureau of that College may decide to waive confidentiality.";
(b) in paragraph 2, the words "or the Bureau of Legislative Councils" shall be inserted after the words "Head of Organisation."
13. Part Four is deleted.

Prohibition of photography and filming
(1) In the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, it is prohibited to photograph, film, draw or otherwise record (hereinafter referred to as "photograph") objects, spaces and equipment marked with the PROHIBITION TABLE.
(2) The prohibition of photography in the interests of defence and security of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic is decided by the Federal Ministry of Defence and the Federal Ministry of Interior; These ministries also decide on exemptions from the prohibition.
(3) The Director of the Organisation shall decide on the prohibition of photography in order to protect state secrets in the premises of the organisation and on the exceptions thereto. "

The code service in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic is methodically managed by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and is the responsibility of the head of the organization. "
Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), as amended by Act No. 43 / 1976 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act), is amended as follows:
Paragraph 37 (b) is deleted.
They shall be deleted:
1. the Federal Ministry of the Interior Directive of 23.12.1971 for the operation of special departments (trade unions) No. SKU-207 / 71 (registered in the amount of 6 / 1972 Coll.),
2. the Federal Ministry of the Interior Directive of 23.12.1971 for the selection and upbringing of persons intended to have contact with state, economic and professional secrecy No. SKU-207 / 71 (registered in the amount of 6 / 1972 Coll.),
3. the Ordinance of the Minister of Interior of the CSSR No 17 / 1974 on the delegation of the services of the National Security Corps by the provision of tasks under Act No. 102 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of State Secrets (registered in the amount of 6 / 1974 Coll.),
4. Regulation No 31 / 1974 of the Minister for the Interior of the CSSR issuing directives for the granting of exemptions from the prohibition on photography, filming, drawing and other recording of aircraft and balloons (registered in the amount of 24 / 1974 Coll.),
5. the Federal Ministry of the Interior Directive for the Protection of State, Economic and Professional Secrets in Defence Services No SKU-056 / 76 (registered in the amount of 24 / 1976 Coll.),
6. a directive of the Federal Ministry of the Interior on the authorisation, entry and employment of foreigners with State, Economic and Professional Secrets (registered as 1 / 1977 Coll.),
7. the Federal Ministry of the Interior Directive for the Classification of Production and Repair Enterprises, Scientific Research and Development Offices and other Special Objects in the List of Defence Facilities of the Fatherland No. SKU-017 / 78 (registered in the amount of 11 / 1978 Coll.).
This Act shall take effect on 15 October 1990.
