DECLARATION

amending Decree No 403 / 2022 Coll., on the publication of judgments
According to Section 118a (2) of Act No. 6 / 2002 Coll., on Courts, Judges, Addresses and Government Administration of the Courts and amending certain other laws (Law on Courts and Judges), as amended by Act No. 218 / 2021 Coll.:
In Section 10 of Decree No. 403 / 2022 Coll., on the publication of judgments, the words "1 January 2024 'are replaced by the words" 1 July 2024'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2023.
