DECLARATION
of 8 November 2012
amending Decree No. 435 / 1992 Coll., on mine mining and certain mining activities, as amended
The Czech Mining Authority sets out, pursuant to § 20 paragraph 2, § 38 paragraph 5 (a) and § 41 paragraph 1 (h) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542 / 1991 Coll., and under § 39 paragraph 3 of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 541 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree No. 435 / 1992 Coll., on mine mining documentation and certain mining activities, as amended by Decree No. 158 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 298 / 2005 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3, including the title and footnote 3, reads as follows:
Main mine meter
The requirements for professional qualifications and competence to perform the function of the main mine meter are laid down in the Decree on the requirements for professional qualifications and competence in mining or mining activities (3).
3) Decree No. 298 / 2005 Coll., on requirements for professional qualifications and competence in mining or mining activities and amending certain legislation, as amended by Decree No. 240 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 378 / 2012 Coll. '.
2.
Mine meter
The requirements for professional qualifications and competence to perform the functions of a mine meter shall be laid down in the Decree on requirements for professional qualifications and competence in mining or mining activities (3). ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2012.
