DECLARATION
of 15 December 2023
amending Decree No. 120 / 2018 Coll., on the establishment of the application forms for the appointment of a lawyer and the form of the complaint for a one-off legal advice
According to Article 18c (4) of Act No. 85 / 1996 Coll., on Advocate General, as amended by Act No. 258 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 38 / 2023 Coll.:
Decree No. 120 / 2018 Coll., on the establishment of the application forms for the appointment of a lawyer and the form of the complaint for a one-off legal advice, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (3), the words "legal service 'are replaced by the words" provision of legal service free of charge'.
2. In Article 1 (3), the words "the income and property ratios of which so justify" shall be inserted after the words "for a natural person."
3. In Article 1 (3), the words "whose income and property ratios justify it 'shall be inserted after the words" for a legal person'.
4. In Article 1 (3), the words "paragraph 4, first sentence 'shall be inserted after the words" Article 18c'.
5. In Article 1, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The application for a legal service for a payment to a natural person for reasons other than the income and property ratios of that natural person and the application for a legal service for a payment for a legal person for reasons other than the income and property ratios of that legal person pursuant to the second sentence of Paragraph 18c (4) and Article 23 (5) of the Law on Advocacy shall be made on forms the models of which appear in Annexes 5 and 6 to this Order. '
6. In Annex 3, in the title after the words "REQUEST FOR ', the word" APPLICABLE' is inserted.
7. In Annex 3, the words "paragraph 4, first sentence 'shall be inserted after the words" Paragraph 18c'.
8. In Annex No 4, in the title after the words "APPLICATION FOR ', the word" APPLICATION FOR' is inserted.
9. In Annex 4, the words "paragraph 4, first sentence 'shall be inserted after the words" Paragraph 18c'.
10. the following Annexes 5 and 6 are inserted after Annex 4:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
