DECLARATION
of 29 November 2022
amending Decree No. 241 / 2012 Coll., laying down the formalities for technical and organisational rules to ensure the security and integrity of the public communications network and the interoperability of publicly available electronic communications services in crisis situations
Pursuant to Article 150 (5) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 310 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 247 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 374 / 2021 Coll., implementing Section 99 (1) of the Electronic Communications Act:
Decree No. 241 / 2012 Coll., laying down the formalities for technical and organisational rules to ensure the security and integrity of the public communications network and interoperability of publicly available electronic communications services in crisis situations, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, at the end of the introductory part of the provisions, the words "the provisions governing 'are added.
2. in Article 1 (a), the word "logistical" shall be inserted after the word "organisational."
3. In Article 1 (b), "integrity and security 'is replaced by" security and integrity';
4. in Article 1 (c):
"(c) measures to ensure obligations under Section 99 (3) of the Electronic Communications Act;"
5. In Paragraph 1 (d), the words "anti-disruption 'are replaced by the words" preventing, resisting, mitigating, absorbing, adapting and recovering from incidents which distort or threaten to distort its operation'.
6. In Article 1 (e), the words "personnel, financial and 'shall be inserted after the words" network'; the words "services provided to it 'and the words" including the provision of financial resources for the renewal of the network' shall be deleted;
7. in Article 1 (f):
"(f) the principles and organisation of the external and internal communication of the entrepreneur."
8. in Article 1, point (g) is deleted;
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
