The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to § 81 of Act No. 169 / 1999 Coll., on the execution of a custodial sentence and on the amendment of certain related laws, and under § 31 of Act No. 293 / 1993 Coll., on the performance of custody:

Amendment to Decree No 362 / 2020 Coll., amending Decree No 345 / 1999 Coll., which gives the order for the execution of the sentence of imprisonment, as amended

Čl. I

In Article II of Decree No. 362 / 2020 Coll., amending Decree No. 345 / 1999 Coll., which gives rise to the order of execution of the prison sentence, as amended, "2024 'is replaced by" 2027'.

Amendment to Decree No. 363 / 2020 Coll., amending Decree No. 109 / 1994 Coll., which gives the order of execution of the detention, as amended

In Article II of Decree No 363 / 2020 Coll., amending Decree No 109 / 1994 Coll., which issues the order of execution of the custody, as amended, "2024 'is replaced by" 2027'.
