GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2020
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 70b (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing a list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended by Government Decree No. 428 / 2016 Coll. and Government Decree No. 101 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (p):
"(p) the activities of a special forces member consisting of:
1. in the conduct of special operations or in the continuous maintenance of preparedness for them;
2. in preparation for the performance of the activities referred to in point 1;
3. Continuous command and control of an operationally independent unit; or
4. in the continuous security of soldiers carrying out the activities referred to in point 1 within an operationally independent unit; ';
2. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (c) to (i) and (k) to (o), § 2 (p) (2) to (4) and § 2 (q), (y) or (z) shall have a stabilisation allowance of CZK 10,000 per month."
3. In Article 3 (3), the words "or in the exercise of one of the activities' shall be inserted after the words" expertise '.
4. In Article 3, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (p) (1) shall receive a stabilisation allowance of CZK 15,000 per month."
Paragraphs 5 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 6 to 8.
5. In Paragraph 3 (8), "6 'is replaced by" 7'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2020.
