DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 15 November 2016
on the announcement of repeated elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f) of the Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, and § 79 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll.,
I declare repeated elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituency no. 4 and I will set the dates for Friday, 27 January 2017 and Saturday, 28 January 2017.
