THE LAW
of 10 December 2015
amending Act No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 202 / 1990 Coll., on lotteries and other similar games, as amended by Act No. 70 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 63 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 284 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 300 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 457 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll., and Act No. 215 / 2013 Coll. are amended as follows:
1. in § 41c (a) to (e), "20" is replaced by "23."
2. in § 41c (f), "20" is replaced by "28."
3. in § 41c (g), "55" is replaced by "80."
4. in Paragraph 41i (1) (a), "20" is replaced by "37."
5. in Article 41i (1) (b), "80" is replaced by "63."
Transitional provision
Law 202 / 1990 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act, shall apply to the levy on contributions from lotteries and other similar games, as well as to the rights and obligations relating thereto, arising before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
