THE LAW
of 5 December 2007
amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 39a (3) of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., Act on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll., point (d) is deleted, the present points (e) to (g) are renumbered as points (d) to (f).
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
