The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:

1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018, concluded on 8 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of textile, clothing, leather industry

and

Association of textile, clothing, leather industry.

2. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018, concluded on 14 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of Road Economy (for a. s. and s. r. o.)

and

The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.

3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018, concluded on 14 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy

and

The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.

4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018 - 2022, concluded between Contracting Parties

Trade union of energy and mining

and

Employee association of the mining and oil industry.

5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018, concluded on 18 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic

and

The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic.

6. Collective contract of higher degree for 2018, concluded on 21 December 2017 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic

and

The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
