DECLARATION
of 22 January 2016
amending Decree No 304 / 2012 Coll., on the recognition of the equivalence of education of officials of local and local authorities
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to § 42, for the implementation of § 33 paragraph 1 of Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No 304 / 2012 Coll., on the recognition of the equivalence of education of officials of local authorities, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, in the first row of the table, in Annex No 2, in the second row of the table "1. for the general part 'and in the second row of the table" 2. for the specific part' and in Annex No 3, in the first row of the table, the words "Classification of the core fields of education (KKOV) 'are replaced by the words" Code of the study programme'.
2. In Annex 2, in the part "1 for the general part ', after the section:

Efficacy
