President of the Republic
of 30 January 2002
on the announcement of elections to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies, the Senate of Parliament, the municipal councils and the Prague City Council
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), taking into account Article 17 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 64 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll.
Announcing elections
to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies
and fix their dates for Friday 14 June 2002 and Saturday 15 June 2002.
II.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), taking into account Article 17 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 64 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll.
Announcing elections
to Parliament's Senate
in constituencies 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, 48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 63, 66, 69, 72, 75, 78, 81, in which, according to the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Election Act, the term of the Senators expires,
and set their dates for Friday 25 October 2002 and Saturday 26 October 2002.
III.
Pursuant to Article 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, taking into account Article 102 (2) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic

and set the dates for their performance on Friday 1 November 2002 and Saturday 2 November 2002.
