DECLARATION
State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 21 March 1980
on the issue of basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by internal trade organisations
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic after discussion with the participating ministries and other central authorities pursuant to § 392 (1) and § 394 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No 37 / 1971 Coll. ("the Act '), provides:
Subject matter and scope of the adjustment
This decree regulates economic obligations in the preparation of supplies and in the supply of products by state and cooperative trade organisations to trade and consumer organisations.
Guarantee period
The warranty period shall be, unless otherwise specified in the technical standard.
(a) for the fruit of the temperate zone, the fruit of the tropical and subtropical zones and for vegetables, one day following the date of completion of the supply;
(b) for early potatoes 2 days, for late potatoes 8 days, for winter potatoes for storage 30 days from the date of completion of delivery,
(c) in the case of other perishable products, 3 days after the date of delivery.
Common and final provisions
Decree No. 138 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by state-owned enterprises, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 1980.
