DECLARATION
Slovak Labour Safety Authority
of 15 April 1969
on the establishment of labour safety inspectors
The Slovak Labour Safety Authority provides, pursuant to § 2 (3) and § 5 (1) (a) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Labour Safety Supervision:
§ 1
The following labour security inspectors shall be established and their headquarters and their respective areas of competence shall be established:
1. Labour Safety Inspector in Bratislava:
the area of its competence shall cover the following counties:
Bratislava-rural, Dunajská Streda, Galanta, Komárno, Left, Nitra, Nové Zámky, Prievidza, Senica, Topoľčany, Trenčín, Trnava and Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
2. Labour Safety Inspectorate in Banská Bystrica:
the area of its competence shall cover the following counties:
Banská Bystrica, Čadca, Dolní Kubín, Liptovský Mikuláš, Lucenec, Martin, Rávská Bystrica, Rimavská Sobota, Zvolen, Žiar nad Hronom, Žilina and Veľký Krtí.
3. Labour Safety Inspector in Košice:
the area of its competence shall cover the following counties:
Bardejov, Humenné, Košice, Michalovce, Poprad, Prešov, Rožňava, Spišská Nová Ves, Trebišov, Old Audiobovňa, Svidník and Vranov.
§ 2
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1969.
