GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 June 1966
repealing certain legislation in the context of improving the system of planned management of the national economy
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 2 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 36 / 1966 Coll., which abolishes certain legislation, provides:
They shall be deleted:
1st Decree No 956 / 1949 of the Ú. l., on the regulation of the extension of postcards;
2. Decree No 41 / 1950 of the Ú. l., on certain measures relating to unused timber and certain other material;
3. Decree No 629 / 1950 of the Ú. l., on certain measures relating to unused office machinery and parts thereof;
4. Decree No 177 / 1951 of the Ú. l., on the use of coloured metals;
5. Decree No. 192 / 1951 U. l., on certain measures concerning unused telecommunications equipment;
6th Decree No 241 / 1951 of the Ú. l., on the use of fine sheet metal packaging in the food industry;
7. Decree No 176 / 1952 of the Ú. l., on unused steel liquid gas cylinders for the propulsion of motor vehicles;
8. Decree No 229 / 1952 of the Ú. l., on the registration of retail stores and mass caterers;
9. Decree No 44 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on the use of coloured metals;
10. Decree No 241 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on the operational security of establishments under the supervision of the Public Mining Administration, as amended by Decree No 263 / 1957 Ú. l.;
11. Decree No 379 / 1953 of the Ú. l., which issues Directives on the provisions of the main energy sector and on their tasks;
12. conditions for the purchase and acceptance of supernormal stocks of raw materials, materials and products of the Ministry of Forestry and Wood Industry - amount 159 / 1953 Ú. l.
13. conditions for the purchase and acceptance of supernormal stocks of raw materials, materials and light industry products - amount 159 / 1953 Ú. l.;
14. Decree No 155 / 1955 of the Ú. l., on the organisation of road freight transport;
15. Decree No 80 / 1955 of the Ú. l., on measures relating to unused propagating machinery and apparatus, as amended by Decree No 192 / 1958 Ú. l.

30th Decree No. 43 / 1960 Coll., on the implementation of project scientific research, art and other work in higher and industrial schools for socialist organisations;

45. § 4 (5) and (6), § 6, § 7, § 9, § 29 of Decree No. 173 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions of delivery of construction materials, structures and components;
46. § 8 of Decree No. 1 / 1965 Coll., which issues the basic terms of delivery of the export investment units.
With effect from 1 January 1967:
1. the Ministry of Transport Directive on the compulsory keeping of records on the operation of passenger cars in the socialist sector and on the model record on the operation of motorcycles - item 157 / 1953 Ú. l.
2. Decree No 190 / 1954 Ú. l on the collection and recovery of waste suitable for feeding livestock;
3rd Decree No 209 / 1955 of the Ú. l., on the production and use of alloy steels;
4. Decree No 232 / 1955 of the Ú. l., on the determination of the weight of steel structures;
5th Decree No 35 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on project and budget documentation for export supplies;
6th Decree No. 132 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the collection of fuels and automotive oils from public service stations;
7th Decree No 177 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the implementation of research and project work for socialist sector organisations;
8. Decree No 254 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the award of research and project work by socialist sector organisations to individual designers;
9. Decree No. 127 / 1959 of the Ú. l., which issues safety regulations for flame welding and oxygen cutting;
10. Decree No. 142 / 1959 Coll., on standards of construction deadlines;
11. directive of the Ministry of Heavy Engineering and General Engineering on the provision of production and supply of spare parts for engineering products - reg. in amount 37 / 1961 Coll.;
12. Decree No. 130 / 1961 Coll., on compulsory collection and use of unnecessary mineral (lubricating) oils;
13th Decree No. 41 / 1962 Coll., on the Management of Animal and Plant Fats;
14th Decree No. 104 / 1962 Coll., on the economical use of cardboard transport packages;
15th Decree No. 30 / 1964 Coll., on the Management of Collective Materials and Industrial Textile Waste;
16. decree of the Ministry of Chemical Industry on the compulsory collection of used tyres (tyres) and the principles of distribution of tyres supplied for replacement - reg. 51 / 1964 Coll.;
17. § 2 to 4, § 5 (1), § 7, § 8, § 19 (1) to (7), § 28 (4) of Decree No 145 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of metallurgical products;
18th Decree No. 178 / 1964 Coll., on the collection and purchase of discarded alkaline battery cells.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1966.
