on the heads of trade unions of the national committees
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has acted in accordance with Article 66 of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The National Committee may, on a proposal from the Board, entrust a member of the Board to the management of an important section of the Board of the National Committee.
(2) The rights of a member of the Board of the National Committee, who will be entrusted with the management of its department and cannot, therefore, carry out his regular employment, shall be adjusted by the Government.
The Heads of the other trade unions of the National Committees shall appoint a national committee on a proposal from the Board of politically and professionally qualified staff.
The national committee shall, on a proposal from the Council, decide on the exemption from the post of Head of Department.
Paragraph 29 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1954 Coll., on National Committees, is deleted.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 July 1958; All members of the government will do it.
