Government Regulation
of 12 May 1953
amending, if necessary, to supplement certain provisions of the Staff Regulations for administrative staff, teachers, healthcare staff and professional judges, prosecutors and judicial candidates.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 32 of Act No. 66 / 1950 Coll., on the working and pay ratios of civil servants, and under § 31 of Act No. 67 / 1950 Coll., on the working and pay ratios of professional judges, prosecutors and judicial candidates (Judicial Act):
(1) The basic (fixed) salary, the functional (director) allowances, the work allowances, the language and danger allowances and the child allowance for the relevant calendar month shall be paid between 2 and 7 days of the next month; The Minister of Finance shall, in agreement with the Single Trade Union Organisation, determine the distribution of paydays to the authorities and authorities. 15 days before the date of payment, an advance payment of one half of this revenue shall be granted to staff members. Where the date of payment or payment of the advance is due on a Sunday or another day to which the provisions on Sundays apply, the said revenue shall be paid on the last preceding working day.
(2) The transfer of the payment to the dates fixed in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be carried out by sequential shift of the payment dates so that the payment for November 1953 is made during the period provided for in that paragraph. The Minister of Finance shall determine the details.
(3) As other types of employment income are paid (provided), the Minister of Finance provides in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
The rules of pay for administrative staff and those for healthcare staff shall be supplemented by the following:
Work in the wages.
(1) For works for which there are technical conditions and where the quality of work would not be jeopardised, work shall be carried out at work.
(2) Types of work which may be carried out and tasked tariffs are set by the Minister of Finance, with the approval of the National Labour Commission. "
The provisions of Section 24 of the Staff Regulations for Administrative Staff, Section 25 of the Staff Regulations for Teachers, Section 24 of the Staff Regulations for Health Care Staff and Section 17 of the Staff Regulations for Professional Judges, prosecutors and judicial candidates are hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1953; they shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
