concerning the Additional Agreement of 18 May 1948 to the Trade Convention between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and France.
The Additional Agreement to the Commercial Convention between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and France, published under Act No. 52 / 1929 Coll., signed in Prague on 18 May 1948 and mentioned with the agreement of the President of the Republic by Decree No. 170 / 1948 Coll. in the provisional application pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 158 / 1923 Coll., on the provisional treatment of trade relations with foreign persons, and pursuant to Article VII of Act No. 109 / 1926 Coll., partially amending the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak Customs Territories and Customs Tariff and issuing provisions on trade relations with foreign persons, was approved by the National Assembly on 15 October 1948 and ratified by the President of the Republic on 24 June 1949.
The instruments of ratification were exchanged in Prague on 17 November 1949.
This Additional Agreement entered into force in view of the provisions of its Article III on 1 December 1949.
