DECLARATION
of 8 November 2012
amending Decree No. 447 / 2001 Coll., on the Mining Rescue Service, as amended by Decree No. 87 / 2006 Coll.
Pursuant to § 6 (6) (a) and § 7 (9) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree No. 447 / 2001 Coll., on the Mining Rescue Service, as amended by Decree No. 87 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 18 (1), point (b) shall be deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
2. Paragraph 19 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The head of the main mining rescue station and its representative may be only a mining rescue worker who must have the professional qualifications obtained by passing a master's study programme in the field of mining or other technical field, professional experience in mining or mining activities for four years, of which at least two years of experience in the mining rescue corps, and successfully passed the examination of mining rescue before the Bohemian Mining Authority commission (3). The verification of competence shall be carried out in accordance with Decree No. 298 / 2005 Coll., as amended. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2012.
