THE LAW
of 7 October 2009
amending Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 68 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 191 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 345 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 110 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) The building contractor of underground buildings subject to this law shall not be obliged to demonstrate the ownership or the right established by a contract to carry out the construction or measure or the right corresponding to the material burden on the land or construction, if it is a public utility building which is not related either to the construction or operation of the land or which cannot otherwise affect the use of the land for the purpose for which it is intended. ';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 2 January 2010.
