DECLARATION

repealing Decree No. 284 / 1999 Coll.
According to Section 7 (2) of Act No. 191 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Finance provides for measures concerning the import, export and re-export of goods infringing certain intellectual property rights and amending certain other laws:
Decree No 284 / 1999 Coll., fixing the flat-rate amount for the adoption of the action by the customs office, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2002.
