DECLARATION
of 8 October 2021
amending Decree No 152 / 2018 Coll., on the extension fields of medical and dental education
According to § 37 (1) (g) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No 152 / 2018 Coll., on the extension fields of training of doctors and dentists, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part I, the following row 25 is inserted in the table after row 24:
"
| 25. lékařská psychoterapie | lékař psychoterapeut | 1 |
"
The current rows 25 to 43 are renumbered as rows 26 to 44.
2. In Annex No 2, Part I, the following row 25 is inserted in the table after row 24:
"
| 25. lékařská psychoterapie | všechny základní obory specializačního vzdělávání lékařů (včetně oboru praktické lékařství pro děti a dorost) s výjimkou dále uvedených oborů: hygiena a epidemiologie, klinická biochemie, lékařská mikrobiologie, patologie a soudní lékařství |
"
The current rows 25 to 43 are renumbered as rows 26 to 44.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
