of 6 November 2017
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract for 2017 concluded on 13 June 2017 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
2. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2017 - 2020, concluded on 27 June 2017 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO
and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2018 - 31 December 2022, concluded on 17 October 2017 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
