establishing a species list of grown plants
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 3 (11) (e) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the putting into circulation of seeds and propagating plants and amending certain laws (Act on the circulation of seed and seed), as amended by Act No. 331 / 2010 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree implements the relevant provisions of the European Union1) and provides for a species list of grown plants listed in Annexes 1 and 2 thereto. The species list of grown plants whose varieties are required to be registered is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation and the species list of grown plants whose varieties may be registered on a voluntary basis is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
