DECLARATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Decree No 267 / 2017 Coll., on the localisation and identification of caller on call to emergency numbers, as amended by Decree No 22 / 2022 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, provides pursuant to Section 150 (3) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 310 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll.:
In the last sentence of Section 6 (2) of Decree No. 267 / 2017 Coll., on the localisation and identification of the caller when calling the emergency number, as amended by Decree No. 22 / 2022 Coll., the words ", the international identifier of the mobile communications network participant," shall be inserted after the words "the emergency communication participant number."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
