THE LAW
of 25 October 2012
amending Act No 253 / 2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 253 / 2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended by Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 285 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 428 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 457 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 41 (1), the words "or high-value commodities such as precious metals or precious stones," are deleted.
2. Paragraph 41 (6) reads:
"(6) The notification shall be made on the common notification form of the European Union, a model of which is set out in the Annex to this Act. The form of the common declaration form of the European Union shall be available at the customs office; The Ministry shall also publish the European Union's common reporting form, including all its other language versions published by the European Commission, in a way enabling remote access. The person making the notification shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data supplied. ';
3. In Paragraph 41 (7), the words "and high-value commodities' are deleted.
4. The Annex to the Act reads:
"Annex to Act No 253 / 2008 Coll.
"
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
