DECLARATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Decree No 117 / 2007 Coll., on numbering plans for electronic communications networks and services, as amended
According to Article 150 (2) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 214 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 258 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 374 / 2021 Coll.:
Decree No. 117 / 2007 Coll., on numbering plans of electronic communications networks and services, as amended by Decree No. 231 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 267 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 53 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 124 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 22 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. § 4a is deleted;
2. footnote 1, which reads: "(1) Recommendation of the ITU-T E.169. International Telecommunications Union" shall be deleted;
3. The following Section 26a is inserted after Section 26, including footnote 2:
For the purpose of sending short text messages in the context of emergency communication with the emergency communication centre by a participant who is a roaming customer in the visited network in the Czech Republic within the meaning of the directly applicable European Union regulation governing roaming on public mobile communications networks in Unii2), the telephone number "+ 420 720 000 112 'shall be used. The use of this number shall have the nature and consequences of using the emergency number.
2) Regulation (EU) 2022 / 612 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2022 on roaming on public mobile communications networks in the Union (recast). '
4. In Annex 1, point 1a., including the title, is deleted.
5. In Annex 1, point 3, the words "for the code of choice and pre-selection of the operator providing the voice communication service 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 1, point 4 (4.3), in entries 130000 to 130199 and in entries 130200 to 130999, the word "operator 'is deleted and the words" voice communication services' are replaced by the words "publicly available electronic communications services'.
7. In Annex 1, point 4 (4.3), the words "for non-commercial operator services' are deleted from entries 13400 to 13999.
8. In Annex 1, point 4 (4.6):

9. In Annex 1, point 4, point 4.7 is deleted.
Sub-paragraph 4.8. is renumbered sub-paragraph 4.7.
10. In Annex 1, point 6, item 600, item 609, item 620 to item 699 and item 78, the word "communication 'is inserted after the word" mobile'.
11. In point 6 of Annex 1, the words "public mobile communications network 'are replaced by the words" public mobile communications networks'.
12. The following point 12 is added at the end of Annex 1:

Efficacy
