DECLARATION
of 12 September 2005
determining the amount of the payment for the food and accommodation provided at the asylum facility, the amount of the allowance and the deadlines for its payment
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 42 paragraph 7 and § 42a paragraph 4 of Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on Asylum and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended (Act on Asylum), as amended, as amended by Act No. 350 / 2005 Coll.:
Reimbursement of food and accommodation provided
(1) The payment for meals provided at the asylum facility is CZK 112 per person per calendar day.
(2) The payment for accommodation provided at the asylum facility is CZK 130 per person per calendar day.
Amount of allowance
An allowance of CZK 30 per calendar day shall be granted to the applicant for international protection.
Payment dates
The allowance is paid to the applicant for international protection within the deadline
(a) regular,
1. Wednesday at the reception centre; in the event that this day falls on the day of work, the pay date shall be the last working day immediately preceding Wednesday;
2. at the residence centre on the 15th day of the calendar month; where this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or working day, the pay date shall be the last working day immediately preceding the 15th day of the month; or
(b) special day
1. return of the applicant for international protection from hospitalisation or detention or the next working day;
2. transfer of an applicant for international protection to another asylum facility or to a school establishment for the performance of constitutional education or the care of a person designated in a court decision;
3. the departure of the applicant for international protection to the place of stay declared outside the asylum facility;
4. the cessation of the provision of services in asylum facilities.
This decree takes effect on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 350 / 2005 Coll., amending Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on Asylum and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Asylum), as amended, and certain other laws.
