THE LAW
of 3 June 2004
amending Act No. 364 / 2000 Coll., on the abolition of the Fund of Children and Youth and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 79 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 428 / 2003 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 364 / 2000 Coll., on the abolition of the Fund of Children and Youth and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 79 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 428 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article I (5) (e), the words "including the parcel No 142 in the Czech Republic. No 166, Brno" shall be inserted after the words "including the parcel No 609 in the Czech Republic.
2. In Article VI, "1 July 2004 'is replaced by" 1 January 2005'.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
