DECLARATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Decree No 359 / 2020 Coll., on the measurement of electricity
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 98a (1) (a) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Acts (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2021 Coll.:
Decree No 359 / 2020 Coll., on the measurement of electricity, is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 4 (2) (b) and (e) and 21 (3), "10" is replaced by "50."
2. in Articles 5 (1) (a) to (c) and 8 (1), the words "or values of active energy" shall be inserted after the words "active power."
3. in Article 5 (2) (b) and (c), "10" is replaced by "50."
4. In Paragraph 7 (4), at the end of the text of the first sentence, the words "not more than 36 months before the detection of a malfunction 'shall be added.
5. In Article 7 (5), the words "or self-deductible 'are deleted.
6. In Article 7 (6), the word "flight 'is replaced by" flight' and the words "self-deductions for 'are replaced by the words" self-deductions for'.
7. Paragraph 21 (3) is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 to 6 shall become paragraphs 3 to 5.
8. In Article 21 (5), the words "for a power plant with installed power up to 10 kW connected to a distribution system at a voltage level up to 1 kV not later than 1 July 2024 'are deleted.
9. in § 23 (1) (a), the words "§ 5 (2) (b) and (c), § 5 (3)" shall be inserted after the words "(c)."
10. in Article 23 (1) (b), the text ', Article 5 (3)' is replaced by '(a)';
11. In Annex 4, the sentence "In case of use of a private communication network (e.g. PLC or private radio), the mechanisms for ensuring the integrity and key management of the electrometer interface may be replaced by other adequate security of such communication on the lower layer of the OSI, is inserted after the table" Minimum requirements for the electrometer interface for communication with superior elements of infrastructure (e.g. central, concentrated, gateway) '.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024, with the exception of Article I (2), (3) and (7), which shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
